Through our partnership with the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, we leverage our corporate training infrastructure to deliver tailored, consortium-based training programs addressing the specific needs of our small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) partners. By expanding these programs and introducing courses supported by paid training leave, we have successfully trained 1,641 professionals from partner companies between 2022 and 2024.
Hosted by KAI and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korean Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences, the Aerospace Paper Contest has been a premier annual event since 2003. Now in its 22nd year, the contest has become a key platform for fostering academic interest and driving technological advancement in the aerospace field. To date, it has contributed over 657 research papers, laying a foundation for Korea’s aerospace development. As Korea’s premier aircraft systems integrator, KAI remains committed to fulfilling our responsibility by enhancing and diversifying educational programs for our employees, their families, partners, and the next generation of aerospace talent, thereby advancing the industry as a whole.
