KAI respects the human rights of all stakeholders, including its employees,
business partners in business contracts, and local communities.
KAI has built a comprehensive talent management system to provide an exceptional employee experience throughout
the entire career journey, from onboarding to off-boarding.
We cultivate a positive introduction to the company through a variety of outreach initiatives including online and
in-person job fairs and CEO-led campus recruiting events complemented by a structured onboarding program for all new hires.
Post-onboarding, we empower employees to grow into core aerospace experts through robust training programs,
a fair performance-based evaluation and compensation system, and benefits tailored to individual life stages.
These initiatives are integral to achieving our corporate vision: “Global KAI Beyond Aerospace,”
aiming for KRW 40 trillion in revenue and a position among the world's top seven aerospace companies by 2050.
To secure the key talent who will lead Korea’s aerospace industry, we engage in proactive and multi-channel recruitment campaigns. We provide clear and accessible information about the aerospace sector and specific roles within KAI through various platforms, including YouTube and social media. We conduct campus recruiting at major universities nationwide, where our CEO and executive team personally host information sessions to engage directly with prospective candidates. Furthermore, to connect with a diverse talent pool without geographical or time limitations, we host virtual recruiting events in the metaverse.
We are recruiting talented individuals through various channels, such as on-site interns who can later be hired, new employees, experienced employees, etc., to achieve the vision of our company. We conduct job-oriented recruitment to select the right talent for the Company based on applicants’ skills and experience, and enhance recruitment reliability and suitability through evaluation processes, such as document screening, AI interview, interviews, background checks, and medical examinations. KAI also conducts fair recruitment procedures to ensure that there is no human rights discrimination based on gender, age, nationality, religion, or origin in the recruitment process.
We opened and operate specialized departments through industry-academic cooperation with a number of prominent universities in Korea as part of our efforts to preemptively secure outstanding human resources needed by the company, and we are looking for various ways to expand the number of schools and students.
In addition, close mutual cooperation systems with four universities in the Gyeongnam region were built for the purpose of developing the aerospace industry and to foster outstanding local human resources under the name of ‘KAI Track’. By securing students with excellent grades and capacities in advance, we are overcoming the issues of shortages of manpower while offering preferential treatment for employment, such as exemption from initial resume reviews when students complete the KAI Track.
