Achieving Vision and Goals

To achieve its vision of "Leading the safety culture in the aviation industry through continuous innovation and the establishment ofl
a voluntary safety culture and growing into a global company where all employees are healthy and happy,l
" KAI has set three major goals: "Reduce the accident rate by 10%," "Reduce the number of people with abnormal findings by 30%," andl
"Reduce GHG emissions." KAI established an environmental management system (ISO14001) in 1996,l
an occupational health and safety management system (ISO45001) in 2019, and further certified an energy management system (ISO50001) in 2023,l
and is striving to realize ESG management. Every year, KAI establishes the management goals of health and safety, environmental, andl
energy management, reviews the performance, conducts internal audits, and undergoes renewal and follow-up audits by external agencies.l
This contributes to preventing health and safety accidents and non-compliance with laws and regulations, strengthening safety, health, andl
environmental awareness, promoting employee health, and improving the safety environment by saving energy andl
reducing environmental pollutants.l
In addition, KAI aims to realize ESG management by making all employees aware of andl
practicing the importance of safety, health, and the environment. KAI will continue to apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) systeml
in each division to manage the business environment more effectively and improve the level of safety, health, and environmental protection.
