KAI is committed to establishing a safe and productive corporate culture based on the
International Occupational Health and Safety management system (ISO45001)
In preparation for the extension of the application of the Serious Accident Punishment Act to workplaces with fewer than 50 employees,
KAI is preventing serious accidents by improving the level of health and safety management of internal and external partners.
KAI participates in the Collaborative Cooperation Project organized by the Korea Occupational health and safety Agency to bridge the gap in
mutual health and safety levels and prevent occupational accidents through voluntary collaborative cooperation
between prime contractors and subcontractors. KAI actively participated in the project in 2023 and improved the health and safety level of partners with
weak health and safety through technical guidance from the parent company on health and safety, matching consultation, etc., and
was recognized for its efforts by being selected as an Excellent Workplace in 2023, thereby enhancing its corporate image.
In addition, KAI inspects the fulfillment of its obligations under the Serious Accident Punishment Act once a half year by personnel dedicated to
the prevention of serious accidents and actively listens to employees' opinions on health and safety through regular management supervisor
meetings, quarterly occupational health and safety committee meetings, and partner health and safety council meetings.
